Sigma Tau Sigma Fraternity was established in 1950. Activities sponsored by this group was a November Hayride – Barn Dance complete with square dancing and held at a neighboring farm, a Faculty – Senior Fraternity members basketball game, and a Good Luck Dance held in Gannon Auditorium, Erie in April.
Tau Kappa Epsilon
Tau Kappa Pi Fraternity dated back to thee time when Alliance was an Academy. The fraternity was dormant during WWII but re-organized in 1945. Annual activities included a Harvest Hop in November, a Freshmen Initiation Dance sponsored by their pledges, and a Cinderella Ball in February. At the end of the year, fraternity members journeyed to Erie for their annual Farewell DInner.

In 1966, Omicron Omicron Delta became the Iota Gamma Chapter of Delta Zeta.
Omicron Omicron Delta
Omicron Omicron Delta sorority was organized in 1961 as the Order of Diana, an affiliate of the Zeta Upsilon Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Founding members were Janice Kuzak, Mary Libera, Elizabeth Najaka, Carolyn Aleksa, Barbara Wojciechowski, Barbara Brezinski, J. Pomianowski and E.Tumaniszwili. In 1963 the Sisters ended their affiliation with Tau Kappa Epsilon and became independently known as Omicron Omicron Delta Sorority. Sorority goals were to promote scholastic achievement, provide campus services, and sponsor social events such as welcoming receptions for freshman women, and an annual Sadie Hawkins dance. In the spring of 1963 the group applied for membership, and became ribboned to the national sorority Delta Zeta.
