Completed post graduate studies in survey research methods, econometrics, and biostatistics at George Washington University.
Worked at the Bureau of Census as a mathematical statistician and at the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington, DC as a supervisory mathematical statistician and senior research mathematical statistician.
Co-authored and presented a number of statistical papers at conferences.
