For more than two decades, Pi Lam provided Alliance College students with opportunities for leadership, service, and personal growth. The chapter’s impact extended beyond campus, helping shape the lives of its members. True to its motto, the bonds formed continue to unite alumni across the years.
At Alliance College, Pi Lambda Phi’s roots began in 1967 as the local fraternity Phi Delta Rho. On May 26, 1968, the organization became the Pennsylvania Phi Delta Chapter of Pi Lambda Phi, joining a national brotherhood whose members have included notable leaders in sports, media, business, law, and public service.
